TA Services has acquired Carmen Pacheco Transportation LLC and Interload Forwarding LLC, expanding its footprint in two critical U.S.-Mexico trade corridors. The Mansfield, Texas-based logistics provider gains 133 power units, 123 drivers and 550,000 square feet of warehousing across five facilities in El Paso and Laredo. CPT operates 61 trucks with 57 drivers and logged 3 million miles in 2024, handling general freight, dry bulk, beverages and paper products. ILF brings 72 power units and 66 drivers that traveled 6 million miles last year, hauling general freight, beverages, paper goods and electronics. Both carriers maintain active interstate authority and provide local and long-haul services alongside cross-docking, freight consolidation and customs handling. TA Services CEO Scott Schell said the combination strengthens capacity to serve manufacturers navigating cross-border supply chains.
