The Teamsters union has secured representation for 55 drivers employed by delivery subcontractors DeliverOL and Driven-Force Inc. operating in the Dallas metropolitan area. Members voted unanimously to join Local 745, expanding union presence beyond DHL Express direct employees.

The organizing campaign followed DHL Express and the Teamsters' spring finalization of a four-year contract. That agreement included a 20% wage increase, enhanced health and welfare benefits, and job protections for package drivers and warehouse workers.

Drivers at the subcontractor firms perform identical work to unionized DHL Express counterparts but receive substantially lower compensation. The union alleged unfair labor practices during the organizing effort, though no formal complaints appear in National Labor Relations Board records.

Both companies operate from a shared facility outside Dallas. The Teamsters will now pursue initial contract negotiations for the newly represented workers as part of a broader effort to standardize compensation across DHL's operations.
