Texel Air Australasia has taken delivery of a Boeing 737-800 Converted Freighter to strengthen its cargo network across New Zealand and the broader Australasian region. The aircraft, registered ZK-TXH and named Florence, will operate charter services linking New Zealand's primary freight centers with regional destinations and enabling international cargo movements. The delivery marks Texel Air's third freighter based in New Zealand, following the arrival of a second 737-800BCF in August. Globally, the Texel Air Group now operates 10 737-800BCFs and maintains 12 Boeing 737 aircraft total, with five stationed in Bahrain and seven throughout Australasia. Florence represents the 200th 737-800BCF delivered worldwide. Boeing specialists converted the aircraft by removing interior components, reinforcing cargo floors, installing a loading system, and adding a wide cargo door. The conversion extends the aircraft's operational lifespan by over 20 years.
