Evri, the United Kingdom's largest pure-play parcel delivery operator, has acquired Florida-based Cross Border Connect to establish US market operations. The deal strengthens Evri's ability to support customers moving parcels between the UK and Europe while expanding US delivery expertise. Cross Border Connect, headquartered in Boca Raton, operates an asset-light network with proprietary technology managing customs clearance at six US ports of entry. The platform enables retailers and marketplaces to optimize routing while delivering cost reductions up to 30 percent. Chris Lentjes remains as CEO following the transaction. The acquisition follows Evri's 2025 minority stake investment from DHL eCommerce and represents the company's latest international expansion step. Evri currently handles more than one billion parcels annually alongside three billion business letters. The company also acquired Ireland-based customs specialist Coll-8 in 2025.
