Warehouse facilities can recover lost throughput by leveraging existing camera infrastructure to identify operational bottlenecks in real time. Seeteria, a warehouse technology company, connects to a facility's current camera network to flag idle dock doors, forklift congestion, blocked aisles and staging imbalances without requiring new hardware or system integrations. The platform alerts supervisors to disruptions that accumulate silently across shifts. Individual delays—a dock door idle for seven minutes, a forklift rerouted for 12 minutes, staging congestion lasting 15 minutes—appear minor in isolation. Compounded across dozens of doors and forklifts over eight to ten-hour shifts, however, these incidents compound into hours of lost capacity per shift. The platform serves three user tiers: floor supervisors receive live mobile alerts with color-coded door and zone status; warehouse managers review post-shift bottleneck summaries; executives monitor financial impact.
