WCAworld Elevated to FIATA Platinum Partner Status

WCAworld, the world's largest independent freight forwarder network, has secured platinum partnership status with the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations. The three-year agreement positions WCAworld within FIATA's formal partnership program, enabling deeper involvement across the federation's initiatives, events and industry programs. FIATA leadership cited shared priorities in supporting the forwarding community through professional development, digital transformation and adherence to global logistics standards. The partnership arrives during FIATA's centennial year and reflects broader industry momentum toward closer collaboration amid evolving supply chains. WCAworld chair David Yokeum called the agreement a significant milestone, emphasizing the partnership's role in advancing professional standards and sustaining global trade momentum. FIATA director general Stéphane Graber noted the partnership reinforces the federation's advocacy for regulatory environments supporting efficient and sustainable supply chain operations across approximately 150 territories.
