WiseTech Global's CargoWise Landside transport management system has integrated with Dray Dog to automate port booking processes for US drayage operators. The connection links Dray Dog with CargoWise's Trinium, Profit Tools, and Compcare systems. This enables dispatchers and customer service staff to receive confirmed appointment details and reference numbers directly in their TMS. Dray Dog continuously retrieves available terminal slots and books them based on carrier parameters. Container and operational data flows between platforms in real time, with scheduling requests moving from the TMS to Dray Dog and confirmed bookings returning to update loads and dispatch plans. Driver-facing applications also receive appointment information. The integration addresses a significant pain point for drayage operators at Los Angeles and Long Beach, which previously required manual coordination across multiple systems for terminal availability, bookings, dispatch software, and driver schedules.
