Adani Ports has made a binding offer of approximately $3.3 billion for EVOS, a European tank terminal operator, marking the Indian company's continued push into international markets. The move follows the company's decision to withdraw from acquisition discussions with Associated British Ports. Adani Ports has simultaneously established operations in Oman ahead of a potential change in operator at the Port of Salalah. The company has lifted its growth guidance, reflecting increasing revenue contributions from operations outside India. With legal matters involving its founder now resolved, Adani Ports has achieved a credit rating equivalent to India's sovereign status. The company's shares have outperformed the broader Indian market by 32 percentage points amid regional headwinds.
