FedEx Freight has terminated Mike Lyons, who served as Chief Specialized Services and Commercial Officer, following an internal investigation that revealed a code of conduct violation. Lyons, who was elevated to the executive role ahead of FedEx Freight's separation from FedEx Corp., is no longer with the company. The LTL carrier disclosed the personnel change in a regulatory filing, noting that his responsibilities will be redistributed among existing executives rather than filled by a new hire. The company did not elaborate on the specific nature of the violation. The departure marks a significant leadership transition as FedEx Freight continues operating independently following its spinoff.
