Tavio is targeting carriers, brokers and shippers struggling with sprawling networks of trading partner connections. The integration platform vendor counts Uber Freight among its customers and is expanding into 3PLs and software providers. The company offers a unified platform managing EDI messaging alongside REST and JSON APIs on shared architecture. This eliminates costly point-to-point custom connections. Last fall, Tavio rolled out a public API, on-premises agent and native EDI capabilities, extending beyond cloud-only deployments into legacy B2B data systems. IT leaders spend 36% of their time designing and testing custom integrations across applications, according to MuleSoft's 2026 Connectivity Benchmark Report. The average organization operates 957 applications with only 27% connected. Tavio positions its offering as reducing headcount, time and effort required for internal and customer integrations. The company was formed through a 2025 merger of HR technology integration specialists Joynd and The Cloud Connectors.
