Mubadala Capital has invested a majority equity stake in Arrive Logistics with no debt financing, positioning the freight brokerage for accelerated growth. The company handles more than $4.5 billion in annual truckload volume, processing over 8,000 loads daily. Load growth reached 25-27% in 2024 and exceeded 20% year-over-year in 2025, more than doubling since 2022. Arrive plans to hire approximately 1,000 employees this year, following 500 hires in 2024 and 650 so far in 2025. The investment enables fleet expansion and vertical market diversification without pressure from public market earnings expectations. CEO Matt Pyatt identified drop-trailer services as a major growth opportunity, where brokers currently capture just 2-3% of a roughly $500 billion market segment. Arrive currently operates 700-800 trailers and intends substantial investment to grow that capacity.
