EFW Completes A330-200P2F Delivery Program for EgyptAir Cargo

Elbe Flugzeugwerke has delivered the final of five Airbus A330-200 converted freighters to EgyptAir Cargo from its Dresden facility. EgyptAir signed for the aircraft in 2015 and received the first in 2018. The Egyptian carrier now operates nine widebody freighters converted by EFW across multiple Airbus generations. The A330-200P2F conversion program launched in 2013 as a joint effort between EFW, Airbus and Singapore-based ST Aerospace. Lee London, EFW's senior vice president of sales and marketing, highlighted the partnership's success built on technical excellence and air cargo demand. EgyptAir Chief Executive Ihab Eltahtawy praised the collaboration and commitment demonstrated throughout the program, signaling continued confidence in the conversion specialist.
