Global Aviation Link Adds Boeing 767 Freighter via ABX Partnership

Global Aviation Link has secured a long-term aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance agreement with ABX Air to operate a Boeing 767-300 freighter. The expansion will grow its regional airfreight footprint across Central and South America. The Miami-based freight forwarder has marketed Boeing 767 capacity throughout the region for over 25 years and plans to launch service to Caracas, Medellín and Quito alongside its existing Miami-Bogota route. The carrier handles perishables, pharmaceuticals, aerospace equipment and temperature-sensitive shipments. ATSG, ABX's parent company, said the deal reflects its strategy to match customers with tailored aviation solutions, combining charter opportunities with flexible ACMI options. The agreement strengthens Global Aviation Link's position in regional cold-chain and time-sensitive logistics.
