Link Logistics Expands Last-Mile Network With Four-Terminal Purchase in DFW, Atlanta

Link Logistics has acquired four final-mile distribution facilities totaling 697,276 square feet across the Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta metropolitan areas. The purchase comes through Oxford Properties Group's Gateway Infill Growth Portfolio.

The Irving and Grand Prairie locations represent approximately 400,000 square feet, while a Suwanee, Georgia facility adds 249,000 square feet. A smaller terminal in Farmers Branch, Texas, completes the portfolio.

The strategic acquisitions bolster Link Logistics' presence in both markets, where it now operates more than 34 million square feet in Dallas-Fort Worth and exceeds 38 million square feet in Atlanta. Nationally, the company manages roughly 3,000 properties comprising 500 million square feet across North America.

Company leadership cited robust regional logistics demand driven by population expansion and sustained business investment as key factors supporting the expansion into infill-focused locations.
