WEX and San Francisco-based Euclid AI announced a partnership to reduce operational expenses for over-the-road carriers. The collaboration automates back-office functions and was unveiled at the WEX OTR Summit in Jacksonville, Florida. Executives outlined technology initiatives for 2026 and 2027, including cardless fueling and modernized fleet management tools. Euclid's technology automates repetitive administrative tasks at trucking companies, processing bills of lading, proof-of-delivery documents, driver qualification records and compliance paperwork. The system also manages communications between drivers, customers and dispatchers regarding shipment updates and document requests. In existing deployments, Euclid has achieved transaction cost reductions of 80% to 90% while enabling fleet managers to handle five to 10 times more work. WEX said the partnership extends its services beyond current payments and fleet management offerings. No specific deployment timeline or pricing was disclosed.
