A. Moller Capital is significantly expanding its port infrastructure holdings through two major transactions. In late September and mid-October, the investment manager agreed to acquire full ownership of Singapore-based Portek International from Mitsui & Co., adding operational stakes across seven terminals spanning Africa, Asia and Europe. The portfolio includes container, vehicle and multipurpose cargo operations in Algeria, Gabon, Indonesia, Latvia, Malta and Vietnam. Separately, A. Moller Capital agreed to secure majority control of Euroports, a network exceeding 50 deep-sea and inland terminals across 10 European nations plus China. The Euroports platform handles more than 70 million metric tons annually, serving bulk and breakbulk supply chains supporting agriculture and manufacturing. Key operations include facilities in Antwerp-Bruges, Rostock, Venice and Port-la-Nouvelle. Both transactions remain subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
