Aurora Innovation has cut its 2026 revenue guidance to approximately $9 million, down sharply from its prior projection of $14 million to $16 million, citing a six-week production delay. Third-quarter results showed $3 million in revenue against an operating loss of $257 million. Manufacturing issues at the Roush facility in Livonia, Michigan stemmed from material shortages, component quality concerns, and end-of-line testing failures. Aurora expects Roush to achieve 20 trucks weekly by early December and deliver 200 units by late February. The company has redirected certain parts, including wire harnesses, to alternative suppliers to address quality gaps. Despite the timeline shift, management maintained confidence in hitting 1,000-truck production volumes in 2027. Operating cash burn reached $170 million in the quarter.
