Hub Group has received a formal delisting notice from Nasdaq following delayed financial reports, the intermodal marketing company announced. The carrier intends to appeal the determination and request a hearing, which will automatically halt any delisting action for 15 calendar days. Hub Group must file its hearing request by Wednesday and expects to present a compliance plan to the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. The company anticipates shares will continue trading during the hearing process, which can take 30 to 45 days to commence. Hub Group discovered an accounting error in February that prompted a comprehensive review of financial results spanning 2023, 2024, and the first three quarters of 2025. The company delayed filing fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 reports, plus first-quarter and second-quarter 2026 filings. It expects to complete restatements by year-end. Hub Group reported an operating loss in the first half of 2026 before one-time charges and announced Dave Yeager's return as CEO.
