Lean Solutions Group Bolsters Outsourcing Footprint With SupportZebra Acquisition

Lean Solutions Group announced the acquisition of SupportZebra on August 24, expanding its business process outsourcing operations across the Philippines. The Miami-based company will now employ more than 2,000 workers across three Philippine markets: Metro Manila, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu. SupportZebra, founded in 2011, operates with more than 1,300 employees across the Philippines and Mexico, serving over 40 clients. The company provides customer support, technical assistance and back-office capabilities to clients in e-commerce, fintech, software, healthcare and insurance sectors. LSG's Philippine workforce has grown more than 12-fold in two years, driven by demand for outsourced business and technology services. The acquisition strengthens LSG's push beyond logistics into automotive and fintech markets, where the company is experiencing rapid expansion.
