The Renton, Washington-based third-party logistics provider cited heightened demand for customs brokerage and compliance services amid trade volatility. International airfreight results benefited from disaster relief shipments following Western Pacific typhoons. The company flagged tightening conditions in domestic truckload and intermodal markets as a positive indicator for future growth. The adjusted EBITDA margin improved 240 basis points to 15%. Radiant ended the quarter debt-free and expanded its credit facility accordion feature to $100 million to support acquisitions. The company launched an independent agent program for its Road & Rail brokerage unit, targeting organic expansion.
