Private equity firm Trident Management has bolstered its regional courier network through Priority Courier Experts with three acquisitions targeting the Midwest and Southeast markets. Priority Dispatch Inc. and Diamond Expedited, which collectively serve Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin with same-day courier and box-truck operations, joined the platform alongside Atlanta-based Inpax Shipping Solutions. The combined entities now operate across seven Southern markets including the Carolinas, Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida. Together, the three companies field 118 employees and more than 835 independent-contractor drivers, generating approximately 650,000 annual deliveries. The move follows Priority Courier Experts' December 2024 acquisition of Indianapolis-based Now Courier. Priority Courier Experts now handles more than 1 million annual shipments. The strategy positions the platform as an alternative to national carriers while leveraging premium healthcare logistics demand.
