Fleetworthy has unveiled RADAR, an integrated fleet management tool designed to help carriers monitor toll spending and identify cost-saving opportunities. The platform launches first within Fleetworthy's Toll Management product, with general availability expected in first quarter 2027. Safety, compliance and weigh station bypass features are slated for beta testing around the same time.

The company announced the technology at its Nashville roadshow. RADAR analyzes individual customer data to flag toll discrepancies, spending anomalies and operational inefficiencies without requiring manual report reviews. It addresses toll leakage—including higher plate-based charges versus transponder costs. The platform uses a commercial large language model to explain results in plain language, though the underlying calculations come from defined queries against each customer's Fleetworthy data.

The launch responds to mounting carrier expenses. Toll expenses surged 13.2% according to the American Transportation Research Institute. RADAR dashboard insights highlight spending trends and improvement opportunities specific to each fleet's operations.
